LOAC is a consulting firm that has prioritized the serious issues associated with the criminal justice system, law enforcement, and the voices of the community. LOAC is committed to addressing these pressing issues and improving conditions for the professionals and citizens impacted by them with a proactive, focused, and relentless approach.
A Word From Our Founder
The issue of law enforcement, criminal justice, and its interactions with the citizens they protect and serve has become one of the defining issues of our time. Defund, reform, retrain and hold the police accountable, etc. are resounding mantras demanding change.
Too many citizens feel they are aggressively policed, sometimes abused, and justified in fearing the officers and the system they are supposed to respect and trust. LOAC has your best interest at heart!
Police feel isolated as their job has become significantly more dangerous, less attractive, more demanding and under the current conditions, harder to perform. LOAC has your best interest at heart!
LOAC listens to all the voices, complaints, ideas, and solutions, from law enforcement and criminal justice to the citizens dependent on their services. Everyone has a stake in improving this system and it must benefit both the professional and the citizen equally. We fully understand the complexity, magnitude and focus required and are dedicated to impacting these serious issues exponentially.

It is a disservice to the safety of our officers and the citizens to ignore the systemic problems that exist in the system, when a better way forward that makes both sides safer, is absolutely possible, no matter how daunting the task.

At its root, our job is to make encounters safer for the officer and the citizen, so everyone has a greater possibility of going home SAFE! Your donation/contribution allows LOAC to do its work for effective and transformative change that benefits the whole of society and brings us closer together.
